What information do we collect from you and when?

When you register to be able to use our wi-fi network we ask for some personal information through our registration portal. This information includes:

Email address
Home post code
Gender
Why you are in the area

We also collect device-specific information when you connect to our network and when you browse the internet. This information includes:

MAC address of the device you are using
The type of device that you are using
The browser that you are using

Log information

When you use our services we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs such as:

Time and data of registration
Time and date of further connections
How much data is consumed
Which access points you are connected to

How do we use information that we collect?

This privacy policy applies only to the Wi-Fi services offered by Intechnology Smart Cities Ltd.
Our privacy policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that you may access via our services or other sites linked from our services.

Data protection law develops and we develop with it. As well as our privacy promise under this policy your personal data is protected by the law in the United Kingdom.

We regularly review our compliance with our privacy policy and we are fully compliant with all relevant data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. We will work with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

They may be disciplined and/or their contract terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
